Silver Dove Boutique offers insights and wisdom through the books of Katharina Bless  and her unique and amazing way of playing her Crystal Singing bowls.

For several years Katharina travelled all around the world to bring out the magic in her and her bowls. She is able to astonish an entire audience with her unique way of combining the sound vibrations of several crystal bowls together. After each performance she keeps on receiving enthusiastic reactions about the bowls, and the way she plays them. When a large amount of people kept requesting her to record her own CD’s,  she finally managed to find an expert who helped her making this dream possible. Together with Maurice Spees, the sound engineer she started a research on how to reproduce the sound of the bowls by recording them on CD. Both determined to make these CD’s so unique that everyone who listens to them will be as astonished by the effect of the sound as the people that visit Katharina’s live performances.

Our intention was to reproduce the exact sound of the bowls, so that the vibrational power of the sound is kept on your CD. The bowls do not only bring out sound but a true vibration that exactly matches the vibrational patterns in your own mind, body and soul.  After a lot of research throughout a year, they found the right microphones and setup to record the bowls in a beautiful area in the North of Thailand in a teak wooden pavilion which is specially constructed for the Crystal Singing Bowls. 

Katharina Bless (Swiss) has fully refined herself in several natural healing therapies.

Since almost 30 years she works as a teacher for mind relaxation 

methods, meditation, color and sound healing, Reiki, Flower Essences, Chakra Healing and since 1993 SkyView Astrology.

During a long vision quest around the world she was introduced to the Crystal Singing bowls which connected exquisitely to her life.

She became fully intrigued by the healing effect of this wonderful sound. Following her intuition and guidance she arranges the singing bowls utilizing the fullest potential of the interrelation of the chakras to balance the body and mind.

By playing the singing bowls she is able to intuitively recreate harmony and align you with our true Self.

Maurice Spees (Dutch) is a versatile Creative Motion Picture Artist and Audio Engineer who with his benevolent approach to life donated his expertise as a videographer to a foundation in Thailand who organized Katharina’s Crystal Bowls concert in 2006. That was the first time he  recorded the sound of the bowls and where Katharina and he met. Because also he became intrigued by the enormous effect the bowls have on people and their being as well as on himself, he offered to work with Katharina on developing the excellent way to record the Crystal Singing Bowls.

To create the artwork that fits the magic of the bowls Katharina made pictures of her beautiful flower garden, from which the fauna can be heard on the CD’s, which Maurice transformed into the CD covers by letting his intuition drive him while attentively listening to the recordings of the bowls.
